Basically, we'll unpack your new computer, monitor, and accessories. We'll hook everything up, place it where you tell us, and dispose of the packaging if you'd like. We'll complete the setup process, including adding users and setting their permissions (see family security page). We'll remove any pre-loaded software that you don't need and customize your desktop(s). We'll connect to the Internet using your existing high-speed Internet connection and configure your DSL or Cable modem and router/firewall*. We'll install an existing peripheral device**
